EXPLORE.

The territory and breeding

The journey of the Superfine Merinos 160's begins in Woolbrook, a small village 30 Km from Walcha, New South Wales, Australia.
The family has been here for over 100 years Field raises sheep and is one of the first wool producers in the country. The estate of Congi Station is the most renowned: here hyper-specialized personnel raise about 25.000 Merino sheep, through the use of cutting-edge technologies.
The Congi breeding has embraced the philosophy of Cradle to Cradle: animals live and graze
in full respect of nature, without mistreatment and without pesticides.
This breeding was recognized as Responsible Wool Standard (RWS).

Romagnano Sesia, and to spinning and dyeing in Valdilana at a facility that uses
exclusively renewable energies.
Finally it reaches the Svevo Parma factories in Fidenza where it is processed and assembled through 24 steps, half of which are handmade, until the finished product is obtained.
