Refund policy

If you wish to request a change of goods, you can contact our Customer Service by sending an e-mail to providing the following information:

- Your name, your surname and your email address;
- The order number and the date of receipt of the product;
- The number and products to be returned;
- The reason for the return;
- If you are reporting a defect, please attach photographs that highlight it.

Once you have sent your email, you will receive a confirmation and the label to print to ensure that the return of the products is successful.
Print the label and apply it to the outside of the box (possibly the same box in which you have your order) covering the previous label. Deliver to the courier the products you intend to return inside the box, properly sealed, within 14 days from the date of sending this Form to Customer Service. For returns from non-EEC countries. In case of partial returns from non-EEC countries, please request the issue of an ad hoc proforma return invoice to Customer Service.

To return the products you can use the courier chosen by us and you will not have to pay the shipping costs in person to return the products. If you prefer to use your trusted courier, you will have to bear the costs and risks associated with the shipment directly. Please tell us if you intend to use a courier other than ours.
